Navigating the challenges of aging can feel overwhelming — but you don’t have to do it alone. Community Connections offers one-on-one outreach support for adults 60+ and their caregivers throughout Story County.

Led by Anne Nordman, Outreach Specialist, these welcoming sessions provide an opportunity to ask questions, explore available programs, and learn about community resources that can make life a little easier.

Ames Public Library
1st Tuesday of the month, 10 a.m.–12 p.m.

Nevada Public Library
2nd Tuesday of the month, 2–4 p.m.

Story City – Bertha Bartlett Public Library
2nd Friday of the month, 1–3 p.m.

Huxley Public Library
3rd Wednesday of the month, 10 a.m.–12 p.m.

Slater Public Library
3rd Friday of the month, 10 a.m.–12 p.m.
