Heartland of Story County enriches the lives of older adults in Story County and provides support for their families and caregivers. Our holistic approach provides a vital link between those 60 and above to community resources including: a proactive Outreach Program; social, wellness and educational activities; Meals on Wheels of Story County; an Adult Day Center; and a variety of other engaging programs and activities.
